Stache Party Features

I hope everyone's Friday is going awesome!  I am having a wonderful day!  My husband and I are in the process of reorganizing our laundry room to make more space and have more storage.  I am loving it so far!  We have to wait for a cupboard to come in, then we should be about finished.  Wahoo!  I am excited to share the before and after pictures.  I have also been working on getting my kitchen decorated, and should have posts starting on Monday, so come back for that!

As usual, the link-ups were amazing and I learned so much from you!  Thank you!

You have to check out this awesome beaded lampshade from Loving Life.  She shares a tutorial on how to make your own!  Sweet!

I am also loving these DIY magazing organizers from The Creek Line House.  She made them from cereal boxes.  Genius!

Days of Chalk and Chocolate shares an amazing idea of adhering fabric with starch.  Fabulous!  You can change out your fabric super easy!  I definitely want to give this a try!

Please link up your creations: crafts, food, pinterest finds, etc.

Please DO NOT link up giveaways and shops.

Stache Party Features

Well, I totally spaced getting some features up on Friday.  Better late than never though, right?  I had so much fun looking through all the links.  It is seriously so much fun seeing such a wide variety of projects!  It gets harder every week to choose who to feature.

Thanks so much for all of you who link up every Tuesday!  It makes me happy, and I love to see your projects!

My buttons are on the right sidebar at the bottom if you were featured!

I really loved this Rainbow Birthday Party from Backless Shirt.  The variety of color is so fun!  I LOVE color!  You cannot not check this out!

The Easter Tour over at The Creek Line House was lots of fun for me! It is inspiring to see so many spring/Easter decorations!

You have to check out this China Cabinet from Days of Chalk and Chocolate!  It is absolutely gorgeous!  Check out the post to see the before!  I can't wait to see the finished version!

Come back tomorrow (Tuesday) for another party!

Stache Party Features

I had a very busy weekend, so I was unable to get some features up from the Stache Party last Friday.  I loved looking through the links though!  It is so much fun seeing the variety of projects linked up each week.  You are all SO TALENTED!  I am amazed!!!  Thanks so much for linking up.

If you were featured, grab a button from my side bar.   They are down at the bottom!  Here are a few things I loved from the links:

This DIY Orb Chandelier is amazing!  My Covered Bridge shows you how to make it yourself, for $10!!

I love the St. Patrick's Day Baskets that The Taylor House created for her kids.  What a fun mom!

I cannot get over how cute this cushion from Threading My Way is!  She used a special t-shirt to make it!  What a great way to preserve that special baby outfit you have sitting in the closet!

I will see you tomorrow at another party!

T-shirt Scarf

I just wanted to share this super cute scarf I made for myself about a month ago.  One of my friends pinned the tutorial, and I just had to check it out.  It was super simple.  I bought a 4x t-shirt at the dollar store and that is all I used.  Here is a link with the tutorial.

All you have to do is cute circles and spirals.  No sewing!  Super simple and I love this color because it goes with lots of things I have in my closet.  It adds a nice pop of color.

Stache Party Features!

Thanks for another fun week of linking up to the Stache Party!  It is so much fun seeing all of your creations and getting ideas from them.  You are all so inspiring!  This past week I have been working on getting all of my pictures organized so I can delete them off my memory cards...it takes a lot of time, but I am pretty much caught up through 2011.  My plans after that are to catch up my scrapbooks, so I will probably be sharing some of my layouts soon.  I find it a bit odd that I am so much into scrapbooking and I don't think it shows very much on my blog!  Ha ha.

If you were featured, there are buttons in the sidebar down at the bottom.  I have some new ones.  Also, if you want a new Stache Party button, I made a new one of those too!

I LOVE this Hobo Bag from About Blogging Time!  Isn't it the cutest?!  The fabric is gorgeous and it looks like so much fun to use!

This taco pie that was linked up by Finding My Way In Texas looks so yummy!  She shares a link to a site that looks very helpful when it comes to cooking!

Check out this amazing dress refashion from Threading My Way!  I love the accessories she made also!

You have to check out this Karate Party from Creative Raisins!  The theme is so fun and she has lots of great ideas for this theme!

Come back next Tuesday to link up some more stuff!

Stache Party Features

Thanks so much for all of you that linked up to the Stache Party.  It is so fun seeing so many new ideas.  I love looking at each link.  There is such a wide variety of projects and so much talent, which makes it difficult to choose just a few projects to feature!  As you may have noticed, I redid my blog this week.  I also made new buttons, so if you were featured, there is a new button to grab this week!  I hope you all have a fantastic weekend!

The post from The Creek Line House grabbed my attention with the title, "Organizing My Fridge."  Look how neat it looks!  My favorite part is the snack basket.  I definitely want to do this!

I absolutely love these notebook holders from Bowl of Cherrys.  They would make fabulous gifts!  Plus, they would be a great distraction when you are trying to get your kids to be quiet!

Check out this gorgeous pillow from Tattered and Inked!  She painted it, and shares a great tutorial of how she did it.  Check out her post to see the other great pillow that she made!

Finished Toddler Jacket And Pants Remnants

Well, I have been posting about this jacket the whole week.

I wanted to spread it out, so the post wasn't so long.  So, today I am going to show you what was left of the jacket.  It is amazing that I had enough fabric for the jacket and that I didn't have to piece some parts of the jacket.

This is all that is left of the pants.  They are now sitting in the garbage can.  I thought it would be fun to show you the scraps though.  It was a bit tricky making sure I had enough fabric for each piece.  I had to be careful about where I cut each piece from.  Here are some more pictures of the finished jacket:

I like the characteristic marks that the pants left, such as the pocket imprint on the sleeves.  If you missed the first two posts about this jacket, make sure to check out how I made the pattern and how I finished the pockets.
